Data Collection
At Zailo, we collect certain personal data to provide and improve our services. This data may include name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, organizational information, and platform usage data. Data collection is carried out based on explicit consent and in compliance with KVKK.
Data Use
We use the data we collect for service delivery, account management, customer support, platform improvements, security measures, and meeting legal obligations. Your data is processed only for the stated purposes and within legitimate interest.
Data Security
We apply industry-standard technical and administrative measures to secure your data. All data transmission happens over encrypted (TLS) connections, data is stored encrypted on our servers, and access controls are in place. Regular security audits and backup procedures are applied.

Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties beyond our service providers (cloud infrastructure, payment systems, etc.). Such sharing happens under contractual obligations and confidentiality commitments. Apart from legal obligations, your data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. No personal data is shared with advertisers either; they receive only aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to an individual.
Advertising (Zailo App)
Zailo App is free and supported by advertising from selected partners. Ads are selected on Zailo's own servers: no third-party ad network is used, your device advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID) is never read, and no cross-app tracking takes place. To show you relevant ads, coarse attributes derived from your pet's species, breed, age group, sex, neutering status and your city/district are used solely on Zailo servers. Advertisers do NOT see your personal information (name, phone, address, e-mail, your pet's health records, diagnoses or treatments); they receive aggregate statistics only, and counts are hidden entirely for groups smaller than 50 people. Ad impressions and clicks are recorded for measurement; these raw records are deleted after 90 days. When promotional notifications are sent, each user receives at most 1 per day, with a minimum gap of 20 hours, and none between 22:00-09:00. You can turn off personalized ads and promotional notifications under Profile > Ad Preferences in the app; with personalization off you still see ads, but they are not selected for you. All sponsored content carries a "Sponsored" label.
Your Rights
Under KVKK, you have the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact destek@zailo.ai. Your requests will be evaluated and concluded within 30 days at the latest.
