Terms of use for the Zailo platform.

General Terms
Access to and use of the Zailo platform and related services is subject to these Terms of Service. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform. Zailo may update these terms without prior notice; changes take effect when published.
Scope of Service
Zailo provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for veterinary clinics. The Zailo Vet module is provided on a subscription basis. The scope of service is defined by the selected plan and contract provisions. Zailo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but provides maintenance and support with reasonable effort.
User Responsibilities
Users are obligated to keep account information confidential, use the platform lawfully, and respect the rights of third parties. Abuse, unauthorized access attempts, distributing malicious software, or disrupting service are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the Zailo platform, including content, logo, and trademarks, belong to Zailo. Users only have the usage rights granted under the license. Unauthorized copying, distribution, derivative works, or reverse engineering are prohibited. User data uploaded to the platform belongs to the user; Zailo obtains the processing permission necessary to deliver the service.
Limitation of Liability
Zailo cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. Liability is limited to not exceed the paid subscription fee. Veterinary decisions, medical applications, and business decisions are the responsibility of the user; Zailo software is a tool for these decisions, not the decision-maker.
Termination
The user may end the subscription in accordance with the contract provisions. Zailo may suspend or terminate the account with prior notice for violations of terms. Data after termination is processed within legal retention periods and at the customer’s request; it may be deleted upon request.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms will first be sought to be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the courts and execution offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Türkiye.
